Battery motion sensor for corridors, stores and staircases.

Small magnetic contact for doors, windows, wardrobes and gates.
Water Leak Sensor
Placed under geysers, sinks and washing machines; sounds a loud alarm and alerts your phone.
Smoke Detector
Photoelectric smoke alarm that also notifies your phone and can switch off AC fans.
How we install these
Ceiling presence sensors are mains-powered; door, leak and smoke sensors are typically battery. Placement is decided on the survey so pets, staircases and staff routes are accounted for.

How long do sensor batteries last?
Typically one to two years. The system tells you before a battery runs out.
Will pets trigger the presence sensors?
Sensitivity and zones are tuned during commissioning to suit your home.
