SCADA and industrial automation in Pakistan
See the process. Keep the record. Run the plant. Process control, data logging, alarms and compliance stay on a private system on your site — beside the PLCs (programmable controllers) and OT (operational technology) already on the floor.
One private system instead of five disconnected ones
Most sites are left with fragments: a hosted dashboard with no process control, or alarms that make noise instead of escalate. Ultra Edge puts process, data, alarms and compliance on one private system. The core runs without the cloud.
Process control
States, sequences and visibility beside the PLCs and drives already on the floor.
Data logging
What ran, when, under what conditions — the plant’s memory stays on site.
Alarm escalation
Prioritised faults with acknowledgement and escalation by WhatsApp, SMS or email — signal, not noise.
OT security and compliance
Access controlled on site, with traceable history for audits and quality.

On the floor
Data stays on site
Live process screens, historian-style logs and escalating alarms sit next to existing PLCs — with plant data kept on the on-premise core.

Industrial questions
Does this replace our existing PLC or SCADA setup?
Almost always it sits alongside. We read from equipment already installed rather than force a replacement.
Can this be installed without stopping the line?
Installation is phased per line or cell so a running plant does not stop for the whole project. Commissioning needs a short scheduled window.
Who owns the data this system logs?
The plant does. Data stays on the on-premise core as the system of record.
Does this cover safety-critical interlocks?
Existing safety interlocks stay in the PLC. We monitor and alert; we do not replace safety logic.
