Smart Building Solutions

Future-Proof Buildings. Built on Intelligent Infrastructure.

Ultra Edge equips commercial spaces with self-regulating automation systems that reduce energy consumption, centralize control, and enhance occupant experience — all without depending on the cloud.

From residential towers to offices, hotels, and mixed-use developments — we engineer fully scalable smart ecosystems that work reliably with or without internet.

Why Smart Buildings Fail (And How We Fix It)

Most developers install isolated systems:

No real intelligence — just manual control with a fancy interface

Built for Developers, Facility Managers & Investors

For Developers

Boost property value with integrated smart infrastructure — premium, cloud-free, and seamlessly built into new or existing spaces.

For Facility Managers

Manage your building from one secure dashboard — with remote access, automated fault detection, and instant alerts.

For Investors / Owners

Deliver proven ROI with energy savings, happier tenants, and lower operational costs.

Integration Ready

Ultra Edge interfaces with:
Whether your building is under design, under construction, or already operational, we can equip it with intelligent control at any phase.

See what this looks like in a real building.

A hotel that stops guessing how much a generator hour costs. An office floor retrofitted without new wiring. A tower where a fire event, a full car park, and an empty lobby are all read by the same system.

Let’s Define the Standard for Smart Buildings.

Designed around how buildings are actually run here.

A building-automation pitch written for a market with one reliable utility and a large in-house facilities team doesn't map cleanly onto how most Pakistani commercial buildings operate.

How the integration actually works.

"Vendor-neutral" isn't just a claim. Most buildings already have some mix of a BMS, CCTV, access control, and power/solar equipment installed by different contractors at different times, often without those systems talking to each other. Ultra Edge's layer sits above that mix using the protocols those systems already speak — Modbus, BACnet, KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, and standard IP networking — rather than requiring a rip-and-replace of equipment that already works. The result is one place to see faults, energy, and occupancy across systems that were never designed to share data, without necessarily touching the underlying hardware.

Smart building questions, answered.

Will this disrupt tenants or day-to-day operations during installation?

Installation is phased specifically to avoid this — a floor, a system, or a wing can go live independently, and wireless retrofit methods avoid work that would force a tenant to relocate.

We already have a CCTV vendor and a BMS contractor — does this replace them?

Not necessarily. The integration layer is designed to sit on top of what's installed and working, reading from existing systems rather than requiring replacement. Where existing equipment genuinely can't integrate, that's flagged at the survey stage.

What does this cost?

There's no published price list because every building's existing equipment, size, and scope differ enough that a generic number would be misleading. Pricing follows the site survey, not the other way around.

Who's responsible for the system after handover?

Ultra Edge remains available for support and expansion after handover; facility staff retain day-to-day operational control through the dashboard.
