Hotel and guest-house automation

Guests notice comfort. Owners notice the electricity and generator bill. Ultra Edge room control links the key card, AC, lighting and curtains in every room to a central dashboard, running on a controller inside the hotel so it keeps working through internet outages.

What we automate

Opening a hotel door with a key-card entry system

In context

Key card in, comfort on — card out, setback

Occupied and vacant states drive AC, lighting and curtains from a controller inside the building, with reception seeing room status without relying on the internet.

How it works

From the room to the front desk

Questions

Can you retrofit an operating hotel?

Yes, floor by floor, with rooms taken out of service only briefly.

Do you work with our existing key-card or PMS system?

We assess compatibility on site and integrate where an interface exists.

What if the internet is down?

Room control and the dashboard run on the local controller. Only remote access needs the internet.
